Clients are advised to pre-numb the face and neck as directed prior to arrival. Detailed instructions will be provided upon booking. Downtime: Most clients experience mild redness and warmth similar to a light sunburn, which typically settles within 24 hours, allowing you to return to normal activities quickly
Cancellation Policy
DEPOSITS • All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. • Deposits secure your appointment slot and will be deducted from the total treatment cost where applicable. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or rearrange an appointment. • Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of the deposit. • If you wish to rebook after a late cancellation, a new deposit will be required. NO SHOWS • Failure to attend an appointment without notice will result in the loss of your deposit. • Future bookings may require full payment in advance. LATE ARRIVALS • Please arrive on time for your appointment. • Arriving late may result in your treatment being shortened or, if there is insufficient time to safely perform the treatment, your appointment may be cancelled and your deposit forfeited. TREATMENT PACKAGES • All treatment packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. • Packages must be used within the validity period stated at the time of purchase. PRE-CARE & AFTERCARE • Clients agree to follow all pre-treatment and aftercare advice provided by S&D Skin Diaries. • Failure to follow recommended guidance may affect treatment results and could increase the risk of adverse reactions. • S&D Skin Diaries cannot be held responsible for complications arising from failure to follow the advice provided.
